Interface
Interface is yes for every language that is listed, and no for the two that are not.
Oboro no Ichi translation covers nine languages, and each of them has interface, full audio, and subtitles. Portuguese and Traditional Chinese are outside that list.
English, Italian, Spanish - Spain, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Russian, French, and German are the nine. Each one is yes for interface, full audio, and subtitles.
Portuguese and Traditional Chinese are no for interface, full audio, and subtitles. The demo and the Nov 9 build share this list. The Early Access note does not add a tenth language.
Simplified Chinese is in. Traditional Chinese is out.
Same language list on the demo and on Nov 9.
Interface is yes for every language that is listed, and no for the two that are not.
Full audio matches the interface column. The nine listed languages are the ones with full audio support.
Subtitles are yes on the same nine languages and no on Portuguese and Traditional Chinese.
The product title stays Oboro no Ichi, including on the Japanese, Portuguese, and Traditional Chinese storefronts. The header art carries the Japanese spelling.

English, Italian, and Spanish - Spain are the western European set with full audio. Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese are the East Asian set. Russian, French, and German complete the nine.
A player who wants Japanese audio, Korean audio, or Simplified Chinese audio does not need a separate patch. Those three sit in the same full-audio list as English.
Portuguese is one entry, not split into Brazil and Portugal, and every column is no. Traditional Chinese is the same: no interface, no full audio, no subtitles. Simplified Chinese is the Chinese language that is included.
Those two storefronts still use the title Oboro no Ichi. So does the Japanese storefront. The roman title is the product name even where that in-game language is missing.
